Jason offers his legal expertise to clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others, primarily car wrecks and slip and falls. He also represents those charged with crimes and those who need assistance with family law issues, including divorce, child custody, and child support.

Jason earned his BBA from Eastern Kentucky University in 1998, and received his Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase college of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2001. He was licensed to practice law in 2001, and has been admitted to practice in all district and circuit courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Kentucky, the Kentucky Court of Appeals, and the Kentucky Supreme Court.

Jason had a successful solo practice in his hometown of Booneville, Kentucky, from 2001 until 2004, when he joined Coy, Gilbert & Gilbert.

Jason is a member of the American Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys, the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the Madison County Bar Association.
